Line a 9×13 or an 8×8 inch square pan with parchment paper. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or place them in a Ziploc bag and crush them with a rolling pin.
20 Oreo cookies
Melt the white chips in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove the saucepan from the heat. (You can also place them in a microwave safe bowl and heat in 15 second intervals, stirring after each, until melted.)
16 ounces white chocolate chips
In a large bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate until well combined.
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Stir the crushed Oreos into the fudge mixture.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth out the top of the fudge with a spatula. Let sit at room temperature until firm, about 2 hours.
Once the fudge is firm, remove it from the baking dish and slice into 24 small pieces. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
If you happen to have a double boiler, that's the idea way to melt the white chocolate. However, if you do not, a regular saucepan will do the trick.
To get clean, flat edges when slicing the fudge, dip a sharp knife into hot water, then dry it off and cut the squares. This will give your fudge extra smooth and sharp edges.
