Oreo Fudge Recipe

This easy Oreo fudge recipe combines everyone’s favorite cookies with a rich and creamy white chocolate fudge, for a dessert that's totally irresistable!

Ingredients

  • 20 Oreo cookies
  • 16 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  • Line a 9×13 or an 8×8 inch square pan with parchment paper. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or place them in a Ziploc bag and crush them with a rolling pin.

  • Melt the white chips in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove the saucepan from the heat. (You can also place them in a microwave safe bowl and heat in 15 second intervals, stirring after each, until melted.)

  • In a large bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate until well combined.

  • Stir the crushed Oreos into the fudge mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth out the top of the fudge with a spatula. Let sit at room temperature until firm, about 2 hours.
  • Once the fudge is firm, remove it from the baking dish and slice into 24 small pieces. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • If you happen to have a double boiler, that's the idea way to melt the white chocolate. However, if you do not, a regular saucepan will do the trick.
  • To get clean, flat edges when slicing the fudge, dip a sharp knife into hot water, then dry it off and cut the squares. This will give your fudge extra smooth and sharp edges.
