Raspberry Milkshake
This creamy Raspberry Milkshake is bursting with sweet-tart berry flavor in every sip. Made with frozen raspberries and vanilla ice cream, then topped with whipped cream, it tastes as good as it looks.

3 cups vanilla bean ice cream 1 cup whole milk 1/2 cup frozen raspberries 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract whipped cream & fresh raspberries for garnish
Add the creamy vanilla ice cream with the other ingredients to your blender.
3 cups vanilla bean ice cream, 1 cup whole milk, 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Blend for about 30 seconds, or until it reaches your desired consistency.
Pour into glasses.
Add whipped cream and raspberries, and enjoy!

This recipe makes 3 1/2 cups so it can make one large milkshake or two smaller ones.
Chill your glasses in the freezer for a few minutes before pouring. This help keep the shake cold longer.
For an ultra rich shake, you can use part heavy creamy and part whole milk.
This milkshake is best enjoyed immediately. If you must, freeze in a sealed container and re-blend with a splash of milk before serving.
