Raspberry Milkshake

This creamy Raspberry Milkshake is bursting with sweet-tart berry flavor in every sip. Made with frozen raspberries and vanilla ice cream, then topped with whipped cream, it tastes as good as it looks.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups vanilla bean ice cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • whipped cream & fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the creamy vanilla ice cream with the other ingredients to your blender.
    3 cups vanilla bean ice cream, 1 cup whole milk, 1/2 cup frozen raspberries, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Blend for about 30 seconds, or until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Pour into glasses.
  • Add whipped cream and raspberries, and enjoy!

Notes

  • This recipe makes 3 1/2 cups so it can make one large milkshake or two smaller ones.  
  • Chill your glasses in the freezer for a few minutes before pouring. This help keep the shake cold longer.
  • For an ultra rich shake, you can use part heavy creamy and part whole milk. 
  • This milkshake is best enjoyed immediately. If you must, freeze in a sealed container and re-blend with a splash of milk before serving.
