These easy s’mores brownies combine fudgy brownies with graham crackers, melty chocolate, and toasted marshmallows for a classic campfire-inspired dessert.
Preheat the oven according to the brownie mix package directions, then line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In the bowl of a stand mixer or a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, oil, and water. Mix on low speed until well blended. Your batter should be smooth and creamy.
1 box brownie mix, 3 eggs, 1/3 cup oil, 1/3 cup water
Pour about ¾ of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it into an even layer.
Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs evenly over the brownie batter.
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Arrange the chocolate bars in a single layer on top of the graham cracker crumbs. Spoon and spread the remaining brownie batter evenly over the chocolate, then bake according to the package directions.
4 Hershey's chocolate bars
Remove the brownies from the oven and immediately arrange the marshmallows on top. Return the pan to the oven under the broiler for 1–2 minutes, watching closely, until the marshmallows are melted and lightly toasted.
10 square marshmallows
Remove from the oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Once cooled, cut into 3×2-inch squares and enjoy!
Notes
If you don't have Hershey bars, you can sprinkle chocolate chips over the top instead.
