Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Sprinkle the popcorn onto the sheet in an even layer, removing any unpopped popcorn kernels.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir the strawberry gelatin, corn syrup, and sugar into the melted butter.
3 tablespoons butter , 1 box strawberry Jello, 3 tablespoons light corn syrup, ½ cup sugar
Stir continuously, until the mixture begins to simmer. Reduce heat and continue to simmer for 4-5 more minutes, until all ingredients are dissolved.
Drizzle the strawberry syrup over the popcorn and toss to coat. Place the popcorn in the 350-degree oven for 5 minutes.
Remove popcorn from the oven, toss again, and then allow it to cool. Enjoy!
Notes
It's best to toss/stir the popcorn while it cools. It'll help separate the kernals so that they don't harden in the shape of large clumps.
