Twinkies

Instructions
Start by adding your unwrapped Twinkies, cream cheese, Cool Whip, and milk to a large mixing bowl. Mix on high until well combined and smooth.
10 Twinkies,
8 ounces cream cheese,
8 ounces Cool Whip,
1 cup milk
Add the neon green food coloring a little at a time, until you get the color of green that you like. I used about a teaspoon.
1-2 teaspoons neon green gel food coloring
Pour the mixture into your plastic cauldron.
Next, add ½ teaspoon of neon green food coloring to the icing, and mix until well combined.
16 ounces white icing,
1-2 teaspoons neon green gel food coloring
Add the frosting over the top and down the side, to create an overflowing look.
Add gummy worms and candy eyes to the top.
4-5 gummy worms,
8 candy eyeballs
Sprinkle white pearls over the top to create "bubbles"!
