Magic Reindeer Food Tags (free printables)

These printable magic reindeer food tags are a great way for you and the kiddos to spread some holiday cheer this Christmas. Hand out reindeer food for your friends and neighbors so they can attract Santa’s reindeer too.

Santa gets plenty of cookies on Christmas, but why not show Rudolph and the reindeer gang some love too?

Your kids will start by preparing some magic reindeer food. Then, you can package it with these free printable reindeer food tags (containing an adorable reindeer food poem) and share with everyone as a fun gift or Christmas party favor. Just be sure to keep one for yourself so you can start a new Christmas Eve tradition of sprinkling the glittery reindeer snack over your own lawn.

Reindeer Snack Ingredients

• 1/2 cup oats
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1 tsp red edible glitter
• 1 tsp green edible glitter

*If you don’t have edible glitter, you can use sprinkles instead.

How it Works

Step 1 – Mix the reindeer food ingredients together and package the mixture in bags or containers. (I like to use clear cellophane bags so you can see the pretty red and green glitter in the mixture.)

Step 2 – Select the link below to download and print the reindeer food bag toppers and labels, then cut them out.

Step 3 – Glue or staple the reindeer food labels to your bags and give them as holiday party favors or gifts to friends, family, and neighbors. (Don’t forget to save some for your family!)

Step 4 – On Christmas Eve night, sprinkle the reindeer food on your lawn to attract Santa’s reindeer and make sure his sleigh stops at your house!
