While Ninja provided me with the Ninja Coffee Bar System in exchange for a review, my love for their coffee bar is all my own!

It’s always such a great feeling when the UPS guys stops in front of my house! My computer is situated where I can see out the front door and whenever I see that brown truck pull up, I do a little happy dance in my head. This week I was especially happy because he delivered this!

I have wanted the Ninja Coffee Bar System since I first saw it in the store. Not only is it perfect for making my regular morning coffee but I’ve been dying to be able to make my own specialty drinks too. It gets expensive going through the drive through for my “fancy” drinks and I knew this would save a good bit of money. Saving money makes my hubby do a happy dance in his head!

When I opened it up, I was really happy to see a book of Ninja Bar Coffee recipes. I immediately bookmarked my favorites. Then I started checking out the awesome features! The features are what make this system so great (though the sleek design doesn’t hurt either)! It gives you the option to choose between six brew sizes and five brew types so the possibilities are endless. It even comes with a thermal carafe that I can take on the go.

I love how the frother conveniently folds up behind the machine. You can slide it out when you need it, then easily slide it back out of the way.

This frother makes it easy to create specialty drinks

It also comes with a convenient measuring scoop, so that you always know exactly how much coffee you’ll need.

I couldn’t wait to test it this thing out! As I was glancing through the book of Ninja Bar coffee recipes that had come with it, there was one in particular that caught my eye. It had cookies…how could I not love a coffee drink that featured cookies as an ingredient? The Coffee, Cookies & Cream Frappe was going to be my first drink with my new Ninja Coffee Bar System.

I started by making fresh coffee over ice and combined it with coffee ice cream, chocolate sandwich cookies and milk. Add a little whipped cream and a few cookie crumbles on top and it was ready to drink. I love how simple it was…not to mention absolutely delicious!

This frappe recipe is delicious any time of day!

This tasted so much better than the specialty drinks that I pay big money for at the coffee shop. Now I have more money to spend on other things, like fancy shoes and cute jeans! Oh wait…I’m a mom. That money will be going towards gymnastics and ballet lessons. That’s okay, I can still enjoy making all my delicious new coffee drinks!
