Keeping the kids entertained can be a full time job over the holidays. They’re home from school and also super excited because they know the big guy is coming to visit soon!
That’s why I like to have some cool games and activities lined up. Bingo is a big one and I’ve get everything from Christmas Bingo, Disney Princess Christmas Bingo and even Elf On The Shelf Bingo (complete with a mini board for your elf).
Coloring is always a great activity too and these elf coloring pages will keep them entertained too. I’m always looking for things to add to the list though…
Christmas Scavenger Hunt
This free printable Christmas Scavenger Hunt is the perfect Christmas activity. You don’t even need supplies…all the kids have to do is hunt for holiday items around the house, like string lights or a Christmas tree.
There are a couple different ways to play. They can search until someone is the first to find everything on the list, making them the winner. The other option is to have a designated amount of time and whoever has checked off the most items in that time is the winner.
Just print one of these Christmas scavenger hunts for each child and watch them go!
If there are things on the list that you don’t have, like a fireplace, you can either cross them off or hide a photo somewhere for them to find.
It’s such a fun way to keep the kids busy and entertained! They’ll have a blast and it’ll definitely put them in the holiday spirit!
