Looking for an easy appetizer for the holidays? This brie and prosciutto appetizer with fresh berries is perfect for parties and family gatherings. The best part is that you can make it in a matter of minutes!
It’s holiday season again! I love this time of year with all the fun foods, decorations and of course, holiday parties! I never want to show up empty handed but when you’re a busy mom, there’s not much time to make something extravagant.
That’s why I love this simple brie appetizer with prosciutto, berries and honey on a yummy Triscuit. Triscuit crackers are perfect for holiday appetizers because you can top them with almost anything to create delicious party food in minutes.
I found Triscuit crackers at Walmart, along with all the other ingredients I needed. Not only do they taste great but they’re baked with 100% whole grain wheat and are non GMO too. There are plenty of different flavors to choose from and every week I change my mind on which one is my favorite.
Want even more reason to love Triscuit? Now you can one of six $50 Walmart Gift Cards or the grand prize, a $200 Walmart Gift Card. Who can’t use an awesome gift card this time of year? Just enter anytime between December 19th…I’ve got my fingers crossed for you!
Triscuit Holiday Sweepstakes
For this recipe, I chose Triscuit Original Crackers.
You really can't go wrong with Triscuit. I love any kind of appetizer with prosciutto but this one has all my favorite ingredients on one cracker and it's perfect for the holidays! It may seem fancy but nobody has to know just how easy it really is!
Brie And Prosciutto Appetizer With Fresh Berries
This recipe couldn't get much simpler! Open your Triscuit box and place crackers on a cheese board or serving tray.
Top crackers with prosciutto.
Cut the rind (the white part) off the brie, then cut into small squares. Place on top of the prosciutto.
Finally, top the brie with fresh berries. I used blackberries and raspberries cut lengthwise but I think strawberries would be yummy too.
Transfer your crackers to a serving tray or cheese board, then drizzle honey over the top for a little touch of sweetness.
I love how pretty these turned out but even better, they're super tasty too!
Everyone will be begging to come to your parties if you serve appetizers like this!
