Tips & Tricks

  • Spray a little bit of non-stick cooking spray the shot cups before filling them. This will help ensure that your Jello doesn’t stick to the cups.
  • You can substitute Jameson Irish whiskey or try different flavors of vodka. Orange, whipped cream, or vanilla vodka would all be delicious.
  • Be sure not to add too much alcohol or your Jello will not set properly.
  • If you don’t have Jello shot cups, you can use plastic shot glasses or any kind of small plastic cups.

How Should I Store Irish Flag Jello Shots?

Store them covered or in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They’ll keep for about a week but will taste better the sooner you serve them. For best results, serve your shots within 3-4 days of preparing them.
