Homemade Sriracha Aioli

Everything tastes better when it’s served with a dipping sauce, especially one with a subtle kick of heat. That’s what I really love about this sauce recipe. It adds a spicy, creamy and flavorful kick to sandwiches, wraps, roasted veggies, and seafood.

I love how versatile it is too! We dip our fries in it, drizzle it over veggies, and even spread it on burgers. It adds the perfect balance of heat, sweetness, and tang to appetizers, sides, and main courses.

This delicious sauce really does take any dish to a whole new level, including our crispy Panko Chicken. You can even make a double batch and keep some in the fridge for later!

Store leftovers refrigerated in an airtight container, like a mason jar with a lid, for up to 5 days. I don’t recommend freezing it.

Variations and Additions

  • Garlic: If you like a garlicky flavor, you can increase the amount of minced garlic and sprinkle in some granulated garlic. If you’re not a fan of raw garlic, you can omit it entirely or use a little garlic powder in place of it.
  • Fresh herbs: Mix in chopped fresh herbs like cilantro, parsley, or chives for a fresh pop of flavor.
  • Citrus zest: Add a bit of lemon or lime zest to brighten up the flavors.
  • Smoky chipotle: Blend in chipotle peppers in adobo sauce for a smoky and spicy kick.
  • Sweetener: Instead of honey, you can also use maple syrup or a little granulated sugar.
  • Hot sauce: If you like a tangy sauce, you can use part sriracha and part regular hot sauce.
