– 16.5 oz sugar cookie dough – 8 ounces cream cheese – 2 cups powdered sugar – 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract – Pinch of salt – Fruits (berries, kiwi, oranges, etc)

Step 1

Prepare your sugar cookie dough according to the package or recipe directions.

Roll cookie dough to about ¼ inch thick. Use a cookie cutter to make egg shaped cookies.

Bake according to package or recipe directions. Set aside to cool.

Add cream cheese and butter to a large bowl and mix until well blended.

Add vanilla and a pinch of salt, then  gradually add powdered sugar.

Spread each cookie with a thick layer of cream cheese frosting, then decorate with fruit.
