FAQs

Can I use fresh berries instead of frozen?

Yes, but the texture will be thinner. Add more ice for a thicker consistency.

How can I make it dairy-free?

Swap the vanilla yogurt for coconut or almond-based yogurt and add a non-dairy milk like almond or oat milk.

Can I prep this smoothie in advance?

Absolutely! Portion your berries, yogurt, and ice into freezer bags. Blend straight from frozen when ready.

How do I make the smoothie sweeter?

Add a ripe banana or a touch of honey for natural sweetness.

If you freeze the fruit you may eliminate the ice. Mayber add a little extra milk.
