Fall is here and the smell of pumpkin spice is in the air! I live in Florida so we may not get the colorful leaves or chilly weather but that doesn’t mean I can’t still celebrate. In fact, I’m celebrating that we DON’T get the chilly weather!
One of my favorite ways to celebrate fall is by coming up with fun recipes and the easier the better. Not only does that give me more time for other things but it usually means my girls can help. They love helping mommy in the kitchen. My five year old loves it even more when it involves making desserts.
Desserts don’t get much easier than The Bakery at Walmart Pumpkin Cake Roll with Cream Cheese Filling. Walmart has really outdone themselves with this one. Not only does this Pumpkin Roll make a delicious dessert on it’s own, I’ve found a way turn it into an entirely new dessert in just a few simple steps.

Easy As 1-2-3
First, head to the Walmart bakery to pick up your Pumpkin Roll. Just look for it in the refrigerated section with the other cakes.
Head to the dairy section for some extra creamy Reddi-wip®. Everything tastes better with Reddi-wip and this Pumpkin Roll Parfait is no exception.
Grab some graham crackers and you’ve got everything you need.
How To Make A Pumpkin Roll Parfait
I love making these in mini dessert glasses but regular shot glasses will do in a pinch. Start by breaking your graham crackers apart (follow the lines on the crackers). Break one section into pieces and put it into a shot glass to make the first layer.
Next, take a 1/2″ slice of the Pumpkin Roll and cut it into quarters. Break one of the quarters into crumbles to make your next layer.
Next, add a dollop of Reddi-wip.
Repeat the layers one more time, sprinkle a little pumpkin spice over the top and your dessert is ready to enjoy!
These Pumpkin Roll Parfaits are as simple as 1-2-3 and who doesn’t love an easy recipe?!. I especially love mini-desserts because they’re the perfect sized dessert to follow a big holiday meal.
The great part is that it’s actually two desserts in one because you could make a dozen Pumpkin Roll Parfaits and still have plenty of the Pumpkin Roll left over. Top it with a little Reddi-wip and you can have an entirely different dessert the next night.

- The Bakery at Walmart Pumpkin Cake Roll with Cream Cheese Filling
- Reddi-wip - Extra Creamy
- 2 graham crackers
- Pumpkin spice for garnish
- Break each graham cracker into four pieces
- Take one piece and crumble it to make the first layer of your Pumpkin Roll Parfait
- Cut (2) 1/2" slices of the Pumpkin roll, then cut each slice into quarters
- Crumble one quarter for the next layer of the parfait
- Add a dollop of Reddi-wip, then repeat layers
- Top with a generous amount of Reddi-wip and dust with pumpkin spice
