Is there a way to make these print outs smaller than an entire page?

I’m not sure how similar your printer is to mine but if you have the same settings, you can print it on different sizes of paper. For example, if I wanted to print these on 5×7 index cards instead, I would choose 5×7 as my paper size. Then, under scale, choose “fit to printable area”.
If you want to print on standard sized paper but just prefer the banner piece be smaller, keep the paper settings the same. Under scale, you can enter a number to decrease the size of the banner to whatever you like. For example, if you wanted it to be half the size it is now, you’d just select 50. Hope that helps!
