What’s not to love about the holidays? Christmas decorations are everywhere, there are holiday parties to go to and you get to spend extra time with family and friends. Plus, there’s all the Christmas baking! Baking is one of our favorite holiday activities, whether it’s a pretty cake or fun Christmas cookies! I couldn’t get enough of these Mint Chocolate Meringue Cookies last year and these bite size cheesecakes are perfect for parties!
